She/Her/Hers

Therapist

Growing up I always knew I wanted to help people. From a young age I was always asking family members how I could help them, or what I could do to make their day better.  The joy I found in helping my family also extended to my friends and classmates. My helping nature led me to pursue a career within Marriage and Family Therapy and a graduate degree from Hope International University in Fullerton, California.

Through my education and experience, I learned that therapy didn’t just fit one mold, but therapists get to be creative and find their own style to help others. My passion for working with young adults, teens, and their families and my hope to create a comfortable and safe space for you allows us to work together as a team on your therapeutic journey.  My aim is to help you recognize your potential and to gain the confidence to tackle any obstacle---helping you move past that feeling of “being stuck” whether as an individual, family, or couple. I see my role as your therapist as the one who will challenge your negative self-talk while celebrating the small or big steps you’re taking.

My journey from California to Michigan and eventually to the Restore team has given me opportunities to grow my therapeutic approach and learn what the Midwest has to offer. The journey to a goal is just as important as the goal itself and I hope to be your biggest support as you work toward the goals you’ve set for yourself.
